Our Roots and Approach
Since our founding in 1993 by Sigfried Kramer, one question has been at the center of everything we do: What do our clients need to successfully stand their ground in displacement competition?

Fair Fees, Cost Transparency
We deliberately avoid inefficient effort. As one of the few consulting firms, we have a fee schedule. Especially when it comes to fees, there must be clarity from the start—it has to be transparent and fair for both sides.
Helping Instead of Just Consulting
Immediate action points—implemented with the necessary consistency, but also with the essential sensitivity—are more important to us than celebrating fashionable “trends.” Sometimes a complete strategy review and/or adjustment is required.
